Calif. wildfire destroys 6 homes, threatens others

IDYLLWILD, Calif. (AP) -- A fast-growing wildfire in the mountains west of Palm Springs destroyed three houses and three mobile homes, and was threatening dozens more residences, officials said Tuesday.
